As a fully qualified HR professional, accredited by the CIPD and nearly three decades of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and HR, I provide a no nonsense, people-focussed and creative approach to HR issues whether it’s developing or improving company culture, dealing with long term absence, identifying your future leaders or investigating a disciplinary issue.
